• Users must log in using Google OAuth.

• Parents are responsible for managing settings and ensuring the app is used appropriately by children.

• Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

• Google login tokens are handled securely and not stored permanently.

4. Permitted Use

SwitchTubeKids is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
Users must not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute app content.

• Attempt to access unauthorized features or data.

• Use the app for any activity that violates Google or YouTube policies.

5. Privacy and Data Use

We respect your privacy. Here's how we handle your data:

• Essential Data Only: We collect only the information necessary for app functionality.

• Google OAuth: We access your name and email solely for personalizing your experience.

• YouTube Data API v3 (Read-Only): We access public educational videos and never modify, delete, or share video data.

• Clipboard Access: Temporary access is granted only when pasting YouTube URLs.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• SwitchTubeKids does not own the content displayed in the app.

• All YouTube videos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

• Educational content is retrieved via the YouTube Data API v3 (read-only) under YouTube’s terms and policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if:

• Users engage in activities that violate these Terms.

• Users attempt to manipulate or misuse the app.
